Deployment failed null reference exception

Hi,

 

I have been struggling with this null reference exception while deploying.  Please help.  I am using K2 blackpearl 4.6.6 

 

System. NullReferenceException: Object reference not set
to an instance of an object. at SourceCode. K2Studio.
K2Environment. DeployAll(IntPtr intPtr, String& ErrNum,
String& ErrMsg) at SourceCode. K2Studio. K2Environment.
SourceCode. K2Studio. IK2Environment. DeployProject() at
SourceCode. K2Studio. K2ApplicationManager. Deploy()

  • Previously did you deploy without errors?
  • Have you done any environment changes to K2 lately?

There was a similar issue a client had, and to resolve the issue they did the following:


 



  2. rebooting her machine and the server.
  3. rolling back K2 database from the backup created prior to having the issue
