As per the title, is it possible to remove completed process items from K2 Blackpearl?
We have been using K2 for a number of years and as a housekeeping task, I would like to remove/delete all items that were completed some time ago (eg 5 years and older).
In doing so I hope to recover the storage space taken by these older items and also speed up our instance of K2.

Yes it is possible to remove completed items.
You can use the Archiving capability to do so.

I have taken a look at the archiving link and it looks pretty straight forward.
However, I'm not sure which "Log Database" I should select if I want to archive completed items.
We are runnig K2 v4.5

Hi,
As per the article you will need to create a new blank database and then select that.
The archiving process will do the rest.
