dears K2 Team,
I need to make view that show retrieved data from SQL data base table. And I followed the following steps to do that :
1. Create smart object to some SQL data base table from SmartObject Service Tester.
2. Design view for this smart object from K2 Designer.
3. After that I am try to run this view but some error is appear (this error is attached whit this discussion).
Please, Can you help me to solve this problem.Thank you.

Hi,
It looks like something is wrong on the SQL permissions.
I assume BOGEService is your database name and LookupHeaders your table name.
If this is different, please advise.
When creating your Service Instance using the SmartObject Tester, which authentication mechanism did you specify?
If you used Impersonate, then who ever runs your form needs to have select permissions to the LookupHeaders table.
If you used Service Account, then the K2 Service account should have select permission to the table.
Please check the permissions and let us know.

Another error occured when I followed the following steps :
