Authenticated User cannot access the “Management” Tab (in workspace)
 

 

Diagnoses

 


Developers are not able to view “Management” tab.
- Permission is granted to the developer account (You may refer to the photo “Management Console - Permission Granted.JPG”)
- Login using the developer account and “Management” tab cannot be found (You may refer to the photo "workspace - Management Tab cannot be found.jpg")
We have tried the method below. However, the situation is still the same.
- Using the Identity Refresh Tool to refresh the User Account Identity. User Identity is successfully cached and stored on the properties (You may refer to the photo “After Identity refresh.jpg”)
- Remove the “Action Permission” record under table: [Workspace].[ActionPermission] and re-add the permission through
 

 

Resolution

The problem is resolved by adding the LDAP string to web.config.
