Sample Code for Web Forms?

Hello,
I'm looking for a some sample code how to integrate the K2ROM into a solution. (C# .net 2.0) e.g.

• 
  WorkList Page
  Process entry Form Page

(just figured this one out)


Every other piece of software I've used before always includes a sample project. Ie the "petshop project" Where is the k2 sample project?
