Has anyone used SmartForms as the default list forms in SharePoint 2010?

I'm wondering if anyone has created SmartForms for use as the default forms in SharePoint 2010. I know where in SharePoint designer to configure the URL of the forms on the content types. But I'm not having any luck.

What I've done so far is to create a wiki page with the SmartForms web part on it. (This is for the new form.) When I drop the URL to that page, I'm getting a correlation error with this in the ULS logs.

Wondering if anyone has a successful approach.
