K2.net 2003 Sp1 InfoPath Client Event View Permissions

Error message: "DomainNameUserName does not have permissions to view the process.
Some users might get the problem in a K2 Sp1 install using an InfoPath Client event at run time: DomainNameUserName does not have permissions to view the process. This is caused when an InfoPath client event is configured (Under Advanced settings tab) to add a Create Process View Flow Link and Display Cached View flow data . The error occurs when the User under which the K2 Server is run wants to retrieve the Process View flow data and store it inside a datasource node in the InfoPath document but does not have the necessary permissions(At least view permissions on the process). Thus when you build a process where you would like to add a View flow link in the InfoPath document, it might be wise to select the Retrieve Real Time View Flow Data option. This will ensure that the user opening the InfoPath document and viewing the Process View flow should have the necessary permissions and not the User under which the K2 Server is run. - Christo
