Known Issue: Incorrect Start/Finish time displayed after changing the K2 Server time zone

Issue:

The Activity Instance Destination SmartObject maintains incorrect Start and Finish times after the time zone of the K2 Server is changed, but the K2 Service has not been restarted. The Start value reflects the changed time zone, but the Finish time value does not.

 

 

Resolution:

Restart the K2 Service.

When you change time zones on a K2 server, reminders (Escalations) will run with the original scheduled time.
