Does anyone have any suggestions on how to safely/gently remove SharePoint 2010 mode K2 assets from K2?

When we migrated to SharePoint 2013 we made a "SharePoint 2010 mode" site for all our K2 stuff due to the use of InfoPath.  We've been gradually moving our workflows off of InfoPath, so now the question is how can we safely remove the 2010 stuff?  To be more specific...

1. How to delete the K2 integrated lists & libraries, and their associated K2 SmartObjects

2. How to delete the 2010 site & associated service instance from k2

3. Finally, how to uninstall the K2 for SharePoint 2010 software installed on our servers

In my experience, what I think will work I find out later on k2 support calls were not the recommended approach.  The irony being that I can never find anything outlining the recommended approach LOL

Thanks,

Hi Victoria,

Have a look at the following:

How can I safely uninstall K2 for SharePoint from the server without affecting my K2 for SharePoint 2013 app or any other k2 installed components?  K2 blackpearl Setup Manager > Modify K2 blackpearl > Uncheck "K2 for SharePoint 2013 in 2010 Mode"? That's it?

In the configuration summary it shows "Repair" for K2 Core. Is that normal?

Hi Victoria,

As per the link I sent in order to remove the k2 wsp's you can retract them from SP using the link I sent.  To remove the 2010 mode components you can do this via the setup manager as you have.

The fact that it states repair is expected and you can safely continue removing the K2 for Sharepoint 2013 in 2010 mode component.  For some further insight please download the following:
