Can you just add the action again and delete this one?

Its get auto populated no matter how many times I reset these fields or add new actions. I resolved this issue by clearing browsing history.

Are you using Stored Credentials? I have seen this with Stored Credential where a user cannot change it, but we can usually just delete the action and recreate.

Let us know.

No, even deleting & recreating populates the fields back. I resolved this issue by clearing the browser history in Chrome.

Ah...I see... the browser was storing the credentials! If you are using Chrome, you can manage passwords under settings (chrome://settings/passwords).  I would recommend that you use the Stored Credentials that was it is not dependent on the browser you are using.
