Hello all,
I currently have a user request workflow pretty much completed developed. However, I am having issues with one Smartform activity not completing the worklist task.
When the Manager presses approve it should complete that item and move onto the new/amended user activity which would email the user to approve the Ts & Cs.
What actually happens is the manager presses approve and the activity stays in limbo, displaying that it has been completed but not moving onto the next activity.
To try and solve this I have:
1. Reset the form rules on the worklist item
2. Reset the line rules with K2 Studio (Outcome= Approve)
3. Checked activty actions complete the worklist item
Any ideas?
