Hello,
I have a workflow that uses the "request data" task.
However I have found that when task gets sent to the staff member they are filling out the form but the task is erroring out.
Error in request data action. Unauthorized attempt to update collect data task by <domainaccount>,. The response has not been recorded
Any idea about the error?
I have cleared the cache.
the task works if the workflow is restarted.
there is no escalation policy set.
the request data goes to a sharepoint group.
Any ideas on what could be causing the issue?
