For my process, I currently store my list of destination users for a Client Event as rows in a smartbox table that also captures the destination user's comments, other info, and actions from the client form for this event upon submittal. In other words, Form data is stored in the SmartBox table and referenced if needed by SmartObject calls within the process rather than storing the form data in process or activity data variables.
My question is, if a destination user "redirects" their task using the built-in functionality of the K2 Worklist, can I capture within the Process, at the time of task "redirect", the new destination user for that task, and update the record in the SmartBox table that represents that task with the new destination user's name/AD account info? Or does this have to be done through a custom redirect form?
