Symptoms

List View percentages not behaving like SharePoint, rather using decimal input (i.e. 0.4 = 40%).

Diagnoses

Style was not set to Percentage for both the List View column and Add/Edit field.

Resolution

Set style on Add/Edit field to Percentage as well on the Display Rows.
