I'm trying to remove extra spaces from the .txt attachment i'm sending out as a notification to my co-worker using Nintex Workflow. The requirement is to have the values captured on the form in a manner that allows them to be listed in a text attachment on their own row, I can't seem to achieve that.
When the email notification goes out i'm including the values captured which display correctly (example)
I'm also using an expression to format each report on a separate line.
However the attachment (.text) formats it like this:-
2/Report/CompanyName/State (extra space at the start)
3/Report/CompanyName/State (extra space at the start)
4/Report/CompanyName/State (extra space at the start)
Any advice would be much appreciated!
I assume first example (Report information) is from mail body, and second one "attachment (.text) " is from a plaintext file attached to the mail.
I'd recommend to examine text file from attachment with a hex editor and identify what exact characters are in fron of each line. it may well be that there are as well in mail body, but if they are some nonprintable characters, mail client may simply ignore them.
