Related to Nintex Live Workflow queue service on SharePoint 2013 on premise farm

Hi Team,

We have sharepoint 2013 onpremise version and have nintex workflow running on it. We have multiserver farm where we have 2 WFE and 1 app server and 1 SQL server. In SharePoint health analyzer, we are getting notification that "one or more service is the farm has unexpected state" fon our app server. We have checked and found that on app server "Nintex Live Workflow Queue Service" service is stuck on starting state. However all our workflows are running fine they are being processed successfully. Now we need to know if stopping and starting this service has any impact on our sharepoint farm/workflows and if no how we can restart it and what should be the status of this service in sharepoint farm (Stop or start) could you please help us to understand this.

Hi,

This service is used when you use external start workflows.
If you do not use this feature then stopping this service will not affect workflows in the environemnt.
