Any suggestions on how to parse data from K2 to a Editable PDF....

I have a requirement to each new employee when is some time off or new hiring will be really nice to have the Data Enter once, perhaps pull from PeopleSoft and once the operator determine is ready to print, automatically take all that personal information to print directly into the Editable PDF Forms to prevent the user have to retype everything from scratch.

 

I'm aware that I can print a form to a PDF and make it look like the original, but just wondeirng if there is a plugin or some way to parse data from K2 to an Editable PDF to be used for Email/Worflow etc.

Dear ,

 

From my small experience , in case u dont wanna use save as pdf control .

then u could create custom service broker , .NET dll to do thing for u , prolly to send data to the dll and it will generate pdf for u and u could customize everything u need there as per ur requirments need .

and prolly others could provide more solutions to help u find the best one .

Note: in case u decided to search for creating custom service broker , u might wanna have a look at "PDFsharp" library , it could help u to accomplish it .
