I have a question regarding a workflow that I would like to create for my company. The purpose of the workflow is to send an approval email (within a flexi task) to an assigned person that will be identified when selecting the right combination of Country + Product Line (Screen #1). I will like to retrieve that information from a different list (Screen #2).
My question is what function should be used to compare the result of the two selections in order to automatically send the email to the right person.

Honestly I am kind of new to Nintex and I do not know the exact mechanics, and how to apply this to my scenario. I do not know where the result will be stored so that I can put conditions on it.

From what I am seing, you are using SP 2010, so the configuration can be different from SP 2013 online.
But at the end of the configuration of the Query List action, you should have the possibility to store in a variable the column you have set-up in Fields.
Thank you for your help, but the workflow is now working. I can compare the country/product line from Test_list_CPA with the country/prod line from ASM list and if there is a match the value from ASM column will be stored in a workflow variable if not the workflow will send an error message saying there is "no correct match".
Afterwards it automatically sends out a flexi tasks and the flow continues.
