Public forms with secure sharepoint list results

I would like to publish a form publicly using a QR code but keep the results secure in SharePoint list, is this possible?

This is possible in an onPrem environment using Nintex live.  You can create a form and make it public available,
and allow anonymous submit.
Then you get a URL you can use to generate the QR
