Setting business owner and Technical owner?

You can set the Business owner and Technical owner through the K2 API. There is a property for Business owner and Technical Owner.

Otherwise, you could create the groups Business Owner and Technical Owner then manipulate the group process rights in K2 Workspace depending on what you desire.
