I created a Nintex document that allows an initiator to request a report from an individual. However, when testing, I receive an error message when attaching a document. The error reads "Nintex Workflow was unable to match this response to a running workflow. When replying to Nintex Workflow emails, ensure the subject line of the email remains unchanged." The whole purpose of this form is to receive the attachment (document requested).
Apart from this, I attempted using the following workflow actions: request data and retrieve data. Also, I tried configuring the variables to see if it helps but I continue to get the same error.
I've read countless forums online but they are not helpful for this particular situation. Would you happen to have any tips or suggestions on how I can resolve this?
