Cannot open K2 Processes with Visual Studio

You may try removing/uninstalling the font from Windows, then opening your process again. There's another method that people with CS3 have used to solve similar issues -- http://hyacinthus.wordpress.com/2007/11/03/photoshop-cs3-up-and-running/

Also, if you do some searching for GDIPFONTCACHEV1.DAT there are numerous reports of malware but those could be false positives. Nevertheless I suggest running some utilities to make sure your system is not compromised. Here are a few (not that you need to run all of them).
