People picker value not stored in list field

Jump to solution

hi,

I have multiple people pickers and checkboxes in my form, which are connected to multiple list fields.

Two of these fields won't save the picked value in the list field, after i saved the form.

what if have done:

- recreated the fields in sharepoint list

- recreated the controls in nintex forms

- remapped the controls to fields

- reimported nintex form

- tested with SharePoint default EditForm (there it is working)

Any Idea what happend here?

In Use:

- SharePoint 2013

- NintexForms 2013 (2.5.0.0)

Thanks

Perhaps the issue remains on your exported file.

If your list is not big, you could try to create it again and create a new form from scratch.

Is it always the same two fields that cause the issue? What are the settings of those fields within List Settings. How do they differ from the others? (Like name with presence, or people only, etc...)

Hi Andrew, it is always the same fields. The fields have the same settings in List and Nintex Forms. I will try the Input from Fernando an recreate the list without exporting.

I have finally found the solution to fix this.

I had multiple controls in the form which were conneted to the same list field. So i only connected one control to one field an then the value was stored in the list.

Thanks!
