I have a library with a 45, 30 and 15 day countdown (with email reminders) to a "review due date" workflow. I made changes to same workflow and the 3 email templates. Everything is fine with new instances, but if a workflow was paused and ready to send out a 15 day reminder email, Nintex sends the original template and the new template. (I can tell by the old vs new font.)
How do I cancel in process old email templates and make sure the new template is used?
