Diagnoses


When you have an activity which has a destination as 1 datafield. The value of the datafield is the name of a k2 role.
When you choose to change the users of this role and start a new workflow instance you can see via the Workflow Server andgt Worklists, the activity has as Destination the old users (before the change). We restart the k2 service and the Windows server but the problem remains.

The cached settings have been changed so it resolves every 30ms.

What could be the problem here ?
 

Resolution

The main cache settings such as Containers Resolved, Members Resolved being 30ms is too soon and can result in a lot of performance issues.
It will be best to set this to be at least 4 to 5 hours and monitor this after. But this should help the cache return to its normal state.
