Office 365 - Check Health Status

If you ever have an issue with Nintex Workflow/Forms for Office 365 app, please first check the service health status of your tenant to see if there are any issues with the SharePoint Online service.

1. Navigate to Office 365 Admin Center Portal.
2. On the left navigation pane, there will be a tab called "Service Health"
3. A table will be visible with the current service status for the whole tenant. Click on the SharePoint Online Service and see if there is a service degradation on the tenant that may cause errors.

You can also check the status of Nintex Office 365 apps via http://status.nintex.com. We'll update this site if there are issues in our services.

Re: Office 365 - Check Health Status

Could you please give us some details about those service states and their impacts on running Workflows and availability of Forms? I understand that both designers are needed only in the designing phase, until the wf/form has been published. But what about Nintex Store, Workflow execution and Form Filler? Which runtime functionalities are depend on them? An architecture diagram about how Nintex fits in the SharePoint provider hosted app model would be great
