Hi,

ActiveX is used to render the View Flow image.
View the Security Settings on the Client's browser through Internet Options and look at the options pertaining to ActiveX. It could be that something is there is causing the prompts.
In order to solve this add the Workspace URL to the Trusted Sites Security Zone and reset the custom settings for the Trusted Sites zone to "Low".

The three authentication prompts usually suggests that something with Kerberos is not set up correctly (missing HTTP SPN).
It could be that the View Flow link is trying to redirect to another name for which a HTTP SPN does not exist, causing the prompts.
To verify this, open the View Flow link in a new window. The URL will be displayed there and you would be able to verify the name of the host header/server.
If you register a SPN for the server the prompts might go away.
Consult KB 123 for more information on how to accomplish this.

Hope this helps!

I got a problem on the View Flow functionality.

When a user click on the View Flow button, K2 workspace prompt for username/password. The weird thing is that it still prompt you for 3 times if you entered a correct password and finally show you the flow. But if you click "cancel" in the username/password at the first place, it show the image immediately.
