Not able to cancel check out or checkin a smartform

Hi,

I am facing a problem with a smartform that it is checked out by the user which is no longer exist.

Can I do cancel check out or check in the form with other existing credential.

Help me to find a way by which I can edit, check out and checkin the form again.
