Code Fix: The Errors tab is empty for steps in a K2 Workflow

Issue Description
After installing K2 Five (5.3) Fix Pack 38, you no longer have the option to enable “Log Exception” on the Errors tab for steps in a K2 Workflow. The window is empty with no options available to use.
Resolution
The fix is available in the following K2 versions:

- Download the K2 Five (5.3) April 2020 Cumulative Update using the link in the table above.
- Install the K2 Five (5.3) April 2020 Cumulative Update to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
