Hi fellow Nintex Admins,

i searched the web / forum but didn't find a good solution.

Is there a way to create a PDF with the XML informations from a Nintex form? It doesn't have to look like the form itself, but all the information should be  accessible.

the Problem ist, that some forms need to be printed or have to leave the house.

Edit:

Ok, i missed a big information. I want this to happen in a workflow

Cheers

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

I don't think there is some ootb functionality to do this. There are third party tools available that cover your requirement (this one for example).

If you need to do it without additional tools, I rather recommend using an event receiver than a workflow. Using a event receiver, you can access the whole SharePoint object model and are much more flexible than in a workflow. But even inside a event receiver you will need to spend some time to get this done.
