SmartForm is not loading in both IE and chrom (time out error)

Hi

 

I am facing a serious issue. SmartForm is not loading. it is giving below error.

"

The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:01:00. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. "

 

Could anyone please explain possible cause.

Dear , 

 

From my understanding of the error , u could try something , which is 

 

go to the place u got k2 blackpearl folder , for example C:// blackpearl 

then go to "k2 smartforms runtime" folder"

search for the web config file , edit with notepad , then search in it for "executionTimeout"  and increase that value,

hope this solves ur issue .
