Hi,


I am getting the following error when trying to load the K2 web designer. Can anyone help me on this? Have I dont any mistake when installing the K2 blackpoint?


 Unable to load outcome templates from the server.


Cannot open database "WebDesigner" requested by the login. The login failed.
Login failed for user 'BRANDIXLKsharepointsvc'.

look like database login failed,  try 2 use [sa] account for the K2 blackpoint install and dont change the database name.

I understand its a DB access error, we dont use [sa] so need to be sorted out with windows authenticatoin. I can smply give permission to sharepoint app pool account, but trying to understand why the setup is not doing the job.
