Putting column choices into a SharePoint List

Badge +5

I have a form designed in Nintex O365. Within the form are several controls that are choice columns -- some allow only a single choice; others allow all that apply. How can I take the information displayed on the form and upload it into my SharePoint list?

I'm still learning the ins and outs of Nintex so the easier the better. Or lots of screen shots.

Thank you.

Hi Marnita Beal

Are you using Nintex Workflow Cloud (NWC) or Nintex workflow in O365?

The issue that you have mentioned would be relevant for NWC where the fields on the form are not connected to the columns in SharePoint list. Where as in O365, you are building the workflow in list or library and they can store the single or multi choice fields.

Let us know.

The workflow is in O365.

This is your form in designer:

Selection made as below and form is submitted.

Data saved in list.

You would create your columns first in SharePoint list and then customize the Nintex form. Then the fields would be automatically connected and save the data.
