Hi,

Is it possible to do actions like Approve, Reject in Outlook Mail? For example Manager approving a leave request through outlook Mail. The manager will get a mail. Manager opens it, clicks approve button in the mail so that the leave request is approved. Is this possible in K2 Blackpearl?

With Regards,

Hello

Yes this is possible.  When using K2 studio you can add a default client event for example, and configure the actions to accept and decline. The client event will also allow you to configure the email itself that is to be sent to the manager providing them with a worklist item link, options to action the event via e-mail or using the standard actions provied. You can then add an email event that will notify the applicant if his or her application has been approved or rejected for example.
