Re: Nintex-Infopath Task Form

Description of the scenario:

Infopath Task form by default open like the one below

As of our requirement we need to get more data from Approver task form. Approved Amount should be captured from Task form.

In Designer workflow we do have option to create custom task field columns and which can be populated from workflow or Infopath task forms.

Do we have anything similar in Nintex ?

Re: Nintex-Infopath Task Form

I am having the same scenario.  I would like the end user to be able to edit the fields on the Approve and Reject Task Approval screen.  Is there another way to do this?

Re: Nintex-Infopath Task Form

On both cases, I 'd try to use the Request Data Action setting the form with Infopath or Nintex Forms

Re: Nintex-Infopath Task Form

You can use the task form, add custom fields to capture data from the task response and use the workflow to push that data back to the main list using workflow variables.
