Nintex Form Rules...

I apologize if this has been answered before. I found similar but not able to get anything to work.  I am trying to hide a panel in a form:  if both are true.  Fn-IsMemberOfGroup() and CreatedBy or Current user is not XXX.  I need to hide a panel for all members but one member of the group.

Re: Nintex Form Rules...

Can you send me a screenshot of the current formula you are using at this point? It should be something like this;

or(and(fn-IsMemberOfGroup('GROUP'), Created by = Current User), not(Current User, USERX))

Re: Nintex Form Rules...

@Michel Just letting you know that the not() runtime function cannot be used in the middle of a function.

It should only be used to surround the whole function to reverse its outcome.

If a not is needed in the middle of a function the != operation will need to be used.

Your suggested function would then look like :

or(and(fn-IsMemberOfGroup('GROUP'), Created by == Current User), Current User != USERX)
