Item is not downloaded ? Not working offline.

Hi,

when I turn off wifi on my Samsung Tab 3, on a form i have JUST used with wifi - if i try to use that form again i get a message saying:

ITEM HAS NOT BEEN DOWNLOADED YET - THERE IS NOT NETWORK etc etc

However, i have just used it online, and submitted it ? should it not work  - is this not the definition of offline capability ? Is this just me ? Same on my Samsung s6 -if i turn off wifi and mobile data - i get that message, even on forms i know it has downloaded ?

your help or advice would be very much appreciated.

Darren,

Need a bit more info here.  Offline Forms is available via the Nintex Mobile App.  If you are accessing a SharePoint site via the URL or Web and you go offline, then by the default definition of offline, then no the form will not be available via the web as offline.
