I have a SharePoint 2013 integrated process that fires off when a new list item is created.

The user fills out an InfoPath form and submits which creates a Default Client Event.

The user receives an email with a link to the edit form of the InfoPath form in which they can update the status to "Completed".

How can I complete the task so that when the user selects "Completed" and the SharePoint field is updated to the "Completed" value, it completes the work item?

To put this in other words, how do I complete a task when a specific SharePoint field in the list item is updated?

I don't know of a way to do this, but you may be able to show a user task form that actions the workflow (user selects Completed) and then update the SharePoint field in a separate server event to Completed. This may not be feasible based on your form and the way they work with it, but it's a more common way that integration with SharePoint and K2 workflows happen.
