Hello All,
I would like to know that is there any way no Email event that first we can check the condition as pre-requisite if that's true than only send the mail.
I was about to post the question but seen people have already asked and found that you have to have separate activity for same.
Is K2 Planning to do something on this ? Any ideas or thoughts on this.

You are correct that you would need to add a separate activity and put a condition on the line rule to route or not route to that activity. In blackpearl you can add an If statement to the code but that option isn't available in blackpoint.
I don't know if K2 is planning on implementing this feature but I've also recently requested this functionality be added to the product as almost every project I work on could make use of conditional rules on events. Maybe someone from K2 can comment if this feature is on the product roadmap.
