Not able to add users or access management console in workspace
 

Diagnoses


The following issues occur upon Workspace when trying to do the following.

Not able to add users or access management console in workspace.

Not able to start K2 blackpearl Server service. When this is started manually the service gets started but stops in few seconds.

 

Resolution

To get around this issue please check to see if the account in question is in the server.user table upon the Host Server DB. If the user does not appear in here then please add the user into this table.
After this then you should be able to access workspace and to be able to give users access to the workspace.
