I just installed blackpoint on a new sharepoint test server. Going through the "K2 for SharePoint" tab on the SharePoint central administration, all of the tasks succeeded except for the last. When I try to go into the Management Console I get an error "Authentication required for session " and a long session number.
I've attached a screen print of the error message.
I am signed into sharepoint as an admin.
Any ideas?

I had this error when my Central Administration was on my application server while k2 was installed on my WFE. I had issues with activating the Web designer as well as accessing the Management Console due to the fact that K2 was not installed on my App server. I believe i solved the issue by installing the client tools on the app server which registered the dll's i needed. After that though i got the error you are talking about.
I am able to access the Management Console IF i browse to central administration from the APP server. If i try to click the link from a WFE i get the error.
