I am quite new to nintex for SP and would need your expertise.
I have a list of global users who request approval to a specific platform.
Once approved the user status column changes to active. Users who are not active anymore will be set to inactive.
The updated list is sent each quarter to country managers for approval if the users are still in the organization. If not they are set to inactive.
Now I would like to create a WF which automatically sends a list of users per country to the dedicated manager. Is there a way to match all users from a country to the relevant manager. There is a column for country, so each user can be matched to a country. And there is a column for the country manager.
My question is: How can I set up a WF which collects all users of a country and sends this list to the country manager. Considering, there are are around 10 countries. So each country manager needs to get his or her list of users.
Is this even possible with one WF?
Further, which action can I use to trigger the WF each quarter?
