Hi,

I have a workflow that is using the Set approval status action. The problem is that when it gets to that action it reuqst that the document be checked out first.

On one environment running Nintex Workflow 2010 (2.3.12.0) - Main Environment is where we have the problem but on another one running Nintex Workflow 2010 (2.4.2.0) - Dev Environment the workflow works fine and approves the document.

The site structures is the same ie backup and restore and I created the workflow, exported and imported onto the other environment.

I am not able to upgrade the other environment just yet.

you said, it's your dev enviroment, Do you have the same list configurations in prod?

Check it first and give feedback.

Hi Christof,

It turned out to be an issue with the particular version of Workflows I was using. I upgraded to the latest version and the problem got resolved.
