I have a SharePoint list that I would like to populate a Word document from using a workflow

I have bulit a Content Type with a Document Template & have added quick parts from the Content type to the document.  I have 2 Libraries, 1 Doc lib with content type, 1 List with all columns added from content type. 

Theory is for the Workflow would use the List data to populate the quick parts added to the Document template.  any ideas??
