Iframes in K2 for SharePoint Registration Wizard do not display full forms

Issue

After installing SharePoint 2019, iframes in the K2 for SharePoint Registration Wizard or Manage App Activations page do not extend to their full height, resulting in a truncated form with a scrollbar.

Resolution

Applying the latest update for SharePoint 2019 allows the frames to display correctly.
