Modifying Subject of Out of the box Workflow Error Notifications

Hi All,

Is there a way to modify the subject line of Error Notification that goes out when Workflow Error Notifications are enabled at farm level using under Central Admin-Nintex Workflow-Workflow Error Notification or at site collection level using Site Collection-Site Setting-Workflow Error Notification? Default subject just says "Workflow Errored" and we are wondering if we can put a little bit extra information along with this.

Thanks!

We are heavily using Nintex in our environment; it would be incredibly useful to have the workflow Name in the subject so we can leverage our ticketing system to parse this.

Subject: Workflow Error: {Workflow Name} is all we need, really.

I don't believe there is a way to modify the subject of an error notification.  However the workflow name is in the body of the email.  Can your system not parse that?

You can request this be added as a feature on Nintex User Voice

We're looking into that actually, as we're configuring the ticketing system to intake these messages. For now it's a matter of convenience, really, Right now all the WF errors turn into a single conversation in the Conversation style Outlook view. -Erin.

The only other option I could think of would be to build in error handling into the workflow, where it would catch the error, and then you could generate your own notification and format it how you'd like.  Here is a post on error handling
