Cannot access the link http://bk2s:81/Runtime/Runtime/Form/PO+Form/

Hi,

I cannot access the below link on workstation but where as the same link is accessible on server, any ideas please

http://bk2s:81/Runtime/Runtime/Form/PO+Form/

Things to try:

Try the fully qualified URL which includes the domain name for your organization. e.g. http://bk2s.caprivisolutions.com:81/runtime/runtime/form/PO+form/

Also can you access the K2 Workspace from the client? Assuming its on the same website which might not be the case http://bk2s:81/workspace.

Does it work from other workstations or other browsers?

On your workstation are you able to ping the server were K2SmartForms resides?
