How extensible is the k2 worklist ?
I want to display XMLFields and DataFields in the columns on the K2 Worklist. Is this possible ?
I am aware of the properties of the web part that can be modified and the custom columns that can be added but I did not see any XMLFields or DataFields there.

Unfortunately, the only custom columns you can add are those that are standard for every workflow. To add process data fields or XML fields you will have to write your own worklist. While I don't think there are any worklist web parts on blackmarket, there are a couple of projects that might contain code similar to what you want to do.
