Manually change item properties (column) after workflow has completed

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the item properties on a particular list item after the workflow has completed? If I try <Site URL>/Lists/<List Name>/EditForm.aspx?ID=<ID> it opens the form in Nintex Designer, rather than SharePoint. Is there some way of opening the list in SharePoint without deleting the Nintex form?

I need to change the status of a couple of my list items because I added a new 'status' column to my list then re-published my workflow to include additional steps. This has meant that these items are not showing the correct 'status' value as they were running on an old workflow.

Any help would be great. It's difficult explaining this to my end users.

Have you tried the Quick Edit mode?
