I'm trying to activate Nintex forms on the server but I'm getting a back and forth. It's asking to activate this "site feature" first but when I go to that exact feature, it gets this error above claiming it needs the other? Anyone experienced this or can link me to a possible fix?
The feature being activated is a Site Collection scoped feature which has a dependency on a Web Application scoped feature which has not been activated. Please activate the following feature before trying again: Nintex Forms 0cdf436f-61b0-43d2-b250-4

This wasn't activated correctly. I had to do the following to get it working:
In Central Administration, navigate to Application Management > Manage Web application
Click on the web application you are using and then select Manage Features. Once there, ensure Nintex Forms is activated.

I just had this issue but the web app level feature didn't show up in the management UI. I had to do it with enable-spfeature in the sharepoint management shell. then i could enable the features in the site and forms worked again.
